MLC’s Lax Gives Back program was in full swing this spring. Players donated gently used and new equipment to Trenton Bridge Lacrosse to help underserved populations enjoy the game. MLC collected thirteen large bags of amazing equipment! At drop-off we saw the receiving players and their parents who were extremely grateful.
MLC families also donated all kinds of shoes for the Shoebox Recycling program that awards $.50 per pound of shoes collected.
The money raised by our donations will go to Trenton Bridge Lacrosse. We are currently waiting for our total!
In addition to our donations, MLC teams cleaned the turf and grass fields at Wesley Bishop each week. Thank you to all of the coaches and team managers for helping the players understand responsibility for care of the fields.
